Boodlebags are made by hand; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will use the quickest, least-expensive shipping method available. Boodlebags are designed to be durable and long-lasting. Care and cleaning instructions are detailed on the website and included with each bag. Should your bag fail to perform due to manufacturer defect we will gladly replace it free of charge within 90 days of purchase. Other return or exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase.
